I help busy women learn how to eat mindfully among the chaos of everyday life to improve their body confidence and finally ditch the restrictive diets for good. My philosophy is one of mindful eating, focusing on your emotions, stressors, and reasons for eating the way you do so we can get to the root of your habits, and get you to the point of enjoying your food while also staying healthy. True change cannot happen until this is addressed.
