Hi! I’m Melissa, a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist and Mom of 2 crazy boys. 

I help busy women like you lose weight in a sustainable way without fad diets. Through this journey, you will improve your body confidence and get down to the weight you feel your best. This is possible without strict dieting and when we work together I guide you on exactly how to do this.

Instead of focusing on what to avoid or restrict, we focus on what to eat more of so you’re satisfied and stop overeating all the foods you’re trying to stay away from. And the best part is you won’t have to count calories for the rest of your life!

You will learn how to become a more mindful eater so you can become aware of your emotions, stressors, and reasons for eating the way you do. Getting to the root cause of your habits and way of eating is an essential part of long-term change, and is a component many weight loss programs are unfortunately lacking.

In doing this, you will improve your relationship with food, enjoy your meals without guilt, and also meet your weight loss.

If you feel like it’s not possible for you or you feel defeated because of past challenges, I’m here to coach you through it every step of the way. There is no better time than today to start adopting healthy habits, and it’s one of the best things you can do both for yourself and your family.  I will work with you to develop a realistic plan that works for you and your lifestyle, one that you can follow consistently without feeling so restricted.
