Hi! I’m Melissa, a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist and Mom of 2 boys.

I help busy women learn how to eat mindfully among the chaos of everyday life to improve their body confidence and get down to the weight they feel their best. All this can happen without strict dieting and when we work together I show you how to do this. My diet philosophy is one of balance and mindful eating so you can become aware of your emotions, stressors, and reasons for eating the way you do so we can get to the root of your habits. With this you will improve your relationship with food and truly enjoy your meals while also meeting your weight loss goals.  True change cannot happen until this is addressed. But, it doesn’t have to be so hard.

Think it’s not possible? I’m here to coach you through it every step of the way. There is no better time than today to start adopting healthy habits, and it’s one of the best things you can both for yourself and your family.  I will work with you to develop a realistic plan that works for you and your lifestyle using that you follow consistently without feeling so restricted.  

I am so passionate about helping women through this journey and I can personally relate to the guilt that always comes when you try to do something for yourself.  But the thing is – the longer you wait to address your health, the harder it will be when you do.  I  would be honored to guide you away from fad diets, meal replacement programs, and instead eat real food that you love. I’ll help you to finally stay at the weight you feel amazing and to feel absolutely confident in your diet choices.
