Hi! I’m Melissa, a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist and Mom of 2 boys.

I help busy women learn how to eat mindfully among the chaos of everyday life to improve their body confidence, quality of life, and get down to the weight they feel their best. All this can happen without strict dieting and I show you how. My philosophy is one of mindful eating, focusing on your emotions, stressors, and reasons for eating the way you do so we can get to the root of your habits, and get you to the point of enjoying your food while also meeting your weight loss goals. True change cannot happen until this is addressed, but it doesn’t have to be so hard.
