This flexible plan is entirely customizable and contains quick and easy recipes the whole family can enjoy.  Each week, you will receive three days of suggested recipes with the ability to search hundreds more to add to your weekly plan. All of our delicious recipes are extensively tested and feature whole food ingredients with easy-to-follow directions for people of all cooking levels.


This 28-Day plan is great if you’re looking to simply improve your metabolism and jump-start your health. This plan contains whole food ingredients focused on lower glycemic index carbohydrates and lean proteins to aim for a healthy weight and hormonal balance.


This meal plan was designed for women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), which when uncontrolled is a common cause of infertility.  It contains low-glycemic recipes aimed at stabilizing blood sugar and decreasing insulin levels, which is often the root cause of symptoms associated with this condition.  These meals will help you maintain a healthy weight, normalize hormone levels, and reduce inflammation. Research has shown that diet can play a huge role in managing PCOS as well as improving chances of conception.


Inflammation is the underlying cause of many chronic diseases and symptoms as a result of hormonal imbalances. This meal plan contains recipes that are 75% plant-based whole foods and 25% high quality proteins to help you feel satisfied while keeping hormonal fluctuations in check.


These are meal plans which also provide you with healthy meal kit delivery options! We have partnered with Sun Basket, a meal delivery service company to provide you the opportunity to receive weekly meal kits at your doorstep.  Each week, your meal plan offerings will feature three Sun Basket dinner recipes; simply follow the link on your dinner card for that day. These Registered Dietitian-approved recipes will arrive as a meal kit, featuring fresh, pre-measured ingredients including organic produce and nourishing whole foods with easy-to-follow recipes—no grocery shopping required. 

For the rest of your week, our meal planner and smart grocery list make it easy to create simple cook-at-home meals and snacks.  *This meal plan subscription does not include the cost of meal kit deliveries. 

NOTE: Sun Basket subscription automatically renews weekly.  To manage your subscription successfully for the most benefit, be sure to either 1) select the recipes you want delivered to your home each week, 2) opt to skip a week, or 3) forward your box to an alternative location. Selections, skips, and forwards must be submitted each Wednesday before 12 pm PT / 3 pm ET for the following week’s delivery.  You can manage your meal kit subscription up to three weeks in advance on Sun Basket’s website, or using their mobile app (ios or android).
